Min Chul Kim is a skilled financial market and real estate analyst with extensive experience in economics, real estate market research, and economic modeling. Having advanced degrees in Economics and Real Estate from renowned institutions such as the George Washington University and Johns Hopkins University, Min Chul combines strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical tools like SPSS and Python. He is currently a lecturer at the Graduate School of International Studies at Sogang University. With a proven track record in real estate development, market analysis, and financial forecasting, Min Chul is currently working as directing manager of Spring Field Asset Management company headquartered in Hua Hin, Thailand.
